Sukaina Hirji is a doctoral candidate in philosophy at Princeton University. As of this Fall, she will be an Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Department at Virginia Tech. Her area of research speciality is ancient philosophy, with a particular focus on Aristotle. She is interested in the application of ancient philosophical thought to contemporary issues in ethics and political philosophy.
